Reflection of Light Nursing Agency is licensed by The Maryland Dept of Health and Mental Hygiene The agency is bonded, carries liability insurance and maintains an office in Potomac, Maryland serving the geographical area of Annapolis in the east, Frederick in the west, Baltimore in the north and Saint Mary's in the south.

Nurses are employed by way of a comprehensive screening process that includes an application, employment history, an abuse and criminal background check, personal references, skills survey, psychosocial data and an orientation.

Clients are acquired by mean of an assessment process which includes site visits, interviews with family members and professionals involve in care.

Nurses are then assigned to clients. Supervisory visits are maintained to determine appropriateness of care needed and care delivered.
